* The re-registration form along with required fee should be submitted at the
Regional Centre as per schedule. Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of
IGNOU payable at Lucknow.
** Late fee forms with late fee of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- has to be sent to
Registrar(SRE), IGNOU, Maidangarhi, New Delhi – 110068 and Demand Draft should
be drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.
